Terms of Service

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (and, where applicable, the organisation you represent) and LeakIQ Ltd (company number 17311148), a company registered in England and Wales at 195 Wood Street, London E17 3NU.

By clicking "Run pilot", creating a workspace, or otherwise accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

LeakIQ is a B2B SaaS platform that connects to your existing financial and operational systems (such as Stripe, Xero, NetSuite and Salesforce) to detect revenue leakage — including payment failures, billing errors and reconciliation gaps — and provides your team with governed workflows to investigate, assign and recover lost revenue.

The platform makes read-only connections to your connected systems. We do not initiate payments, modify records in connected systems, or take any action in those systems on your behalf unless you explicitly instruct us to do so through approved platform workflows.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuation.

LeakIQ is a business-to-business service. You must provide a valid business email address to register. Personal email domains (such as gmail.com, outlook.com, yahoo.com) are not accepted.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation. If you are registering on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@leakiq.io if you suspect unauthorised access.

We offer a 30-day free pilot for new workspaces. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your workspace will be locked unless you choose to activate a paid subscription.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time. Trial workspaces are subject to the same data retention terms as paid workspaces — workspace data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry, then permanently deleted.

Access to LeakIQ beyond the free trial requires a paid subscription at the rates published on our Pricing page at the time of activation. Current pricing is £5,000 per workspace per month, billed monthly in advance.

All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be charged where applicable at the rate in force at the date of invoice.

Payment is due on the invoice date. If payment fails, we may suspend access to the platform until the outstanding amount is settled. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate permitted by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

We may change the subscription price with 30 days' written notice. Your continued use of the platform after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 90 days' written notice to support@leakiq.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the 90-day notice period. Your workspace remains fully active and billing continues throughout the notice period. No refunds are provided for unused time within the notice period.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately and without notice if you: (a) breach these Terms; (b) fail to pay any amount due after reasonable notice; (c) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; or (d) become subject to insolvency proceedings.

On termination or expiry of your subscription, we will retain your workspace data for 30 days to allow you to export any records you need. After that period, your data will be permanently deleted.

You retain ownership of all data you bring into LeakIQ — including data retrieved from your connected systems and any records you create within the platform. We process your data as a data processor on your instructions.

Our processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. For enterprise customers who require a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), please contact support@leakiq.io.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect your third-party systems to LeakIQ and to share the data retrieved from those systems with us for the purposes of the service.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or to any connected systems beyond your authorised scope
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
• Use the platform to store or transmit malicious code or to conduct denial-of-service attacks
• Resell, sublicense or transfer your access to any third party without our written consent
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the platform

LeakIQ, including its software, design, features, and all associated intellectual property, is and remains the property of LeakIQ Ltd. These Terms do not transfer any ownership interest to you.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.

We may use anonymised, aggregated data derived from platform usage (with no personally identifiable information and no data attributable to your workspace) to improve our product and services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeakIQ Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that revenue issues identified by the platform can be successfully recovered, or that recovery amounts will meet any particular level.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of the platform and to notify you of any planned maintenance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and cancel your subscription.
