The LeakIQ platform
Find, manage and recover the revenue that quietly slips away.
LeakIQ connects to the billing, accounting and CRM systems B2B finance teams already run, it only ever reads your systems and never writes back, no agent to install, no disruption to your existing workflows. When a payment fails, an invoice ages past its due date or a price quietly stops moving, it surfaces with the source record attached.
One flat fee, no success fee, we never take a cut of what you recover.
Free, and yours to keep.
Detection
Connected to your systems. Silent by design.
One connection per system, read on a schedule. Every issue LeakIQ raises is produced by a fixed, deterministic rule, not AI and not a machine-learning model, so nothing can hallucinate a figure or drift between runs: the same data always produces the same result. Each finding comes from a record in your own data with the source attached, so your team can reconcile it to your ledger rather than take the platform's word for it.

Native connectors
Stripe, Xero, QuickBooks, GoCardless and Salesforce are live today, covering payments, accounting and CRM. More connectors are in progress: Stripe, GoCardless, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Zuora, Chargebee, Braintree and HubSpot. Every source is put into the same format before detection runs, so an enterprise system like Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Sage, Workday and Infor gets exactly the same checks from a CSV export today, with a connector built for your pilot.

What gets detected
- Card payments and direct debits that failed and were never retried
- Invoices past their due date, or part-paid and never chased
- The same customer charged, or invoiced, twice for the same amount
- Cash paid but never applied, and unused credit notes on account
- Recurring prices that never moved, or dropped and never recovered
- Renewals gone quiet, and deals past their expected close date
- Invoices drafted but never sent, so the customer was never asked to pay
- Payments disputed or charged back, and the same credit note raised twice
Credentials secured at rest
All connector credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. LeakIQ never requests write permissions, connections can only read, never write, at the OAuth or API key level.
Recovery
Structured queues. Governed workflows. Nothing slips.
Detected issues go into managed recovery queues with SLA tracking, approval gates and escalation routing, giving your finance and credit control team the structure to close gaps, not just see them.

Recovery queue
Triage, assign and prioritise every revenue issue in one managed view, sorted by estimated cash at risk, so the largest, most collectable balances are worked first.

Approval workflows
Over-threshold recoveries require sign-off before they proceed. No recovery goes ahead without the right person approving, and no one can approve their own, with full audit logging on every decision.
SLA tracking
Every issue carries an SLA posture score. Breach alerts fire before the clock runs out.
Escalation alerts
An issue sitting past its SLA is escalated by email to the workspace admins, so nothing quietly goes unowned.
Bulk export
Export the issue list to CSV for finance review or a second pair of eyes. Every action taken on an issue is individually audited.
Weekly briefing
Open gaps delivered every Monday with one-click Recover links, no login needed to review.

Collaboration
Meet your team where they already work.
Rich notifications land in Teams or Slack the moment something needs attention. Issues have built-in activity threads, so decisions, context and @mentions stay attached to the case, not buried in email.
Teams & Slack notifications
Adaptive Cards in Teams and Block Kit messages in Slack. Today LeakIQ posts when a team member is @mentioned in a case comment. Cards for new issues, approval requests, recoveries, cash-at-risk and sync failures are built and are being wired up next.

This, built from your own numbers.
That is the format. Yours is built from a straightforward export out of the finance systems you already run, your invoices, payments and credit notes, sent to us securely. Every finding traces back to a record in that export, so your team can verify each figure against the ledger.
- No system access needed. You send an export, we do the rest.
- Every figure tied to a source record you can check.
- Messy data is fine. We work with what your systems produce.
- Yours to keep, no card and no commitment.
