About LeakIQ

The revenue that slips between billing and the bank

LeakIQ reads a business's billing and accounting data and finds the revenue it earned but never collected: contract uplifts agreed but never applied, payments that failed and were never retried, work billed twice or not at all. None of it looks wrong on the ledger, which is why it goes unnoticed. Every finding carries the exact record behind it, so your client can verify it. Nothing is changed, moved or actioned without sign-off.

What partnering looks like

1

You introduce a client

A warm introduction is all it takes. You know which of your clients bill and collect enough revenue to be worth a look.

2

We run a free report

Your client sends a one-off export of their billing and accounting data under NDA. Nothing connects to their live systems, and we never change, move or delete anything.

3

You bring them the findings

You and your client get an itemised report of the revenue we have found, with the record behind every case. The report is theirs to keep, and if they want to recover it, that is where a pilot begins.

For a client who already knows they are leaking, we can skip the report and start with a call.

What your client receives

A clear, itemised revenue leakage report, with the source record behind every finding so their team can verify it. This is an example; the company and figures are fictional.

Platform

See the platform your clients would use

The free report is a document we deliver, there is nothing for you or your client to log in to. This is the platform your client uses if they choose to recover what it found. The figures shown throughout are illustrative.

Every leak, ranked by the money at risk

Findings arrive prioritised by value, each tied to the source record and a clear recovery step. Your client sees exactly what to chase first, and how much it is worth.

What we detect

Money owed but not collected

Overdue and part-paid invoices, failed card payments and Direct Debits, at-risk renewals and silent churn.

Money that left when it shouldn't have

Disputes and chargebacks, and duplicate charges, invoices or credit notes.

Money left on the table

Agreed price rises that never reached the invoice, discount creep, and stalled deals.

Money sitting unreconciled

Unapplied cash and overpayments, and unused credit notes ready to apply.

Which clients to introduce

It is less about sector than about billing. The clients worth introducing tend to match most of this:

Real recurring or repeat billing

Contracts, subscriptions, retainers, Direct Debits, renewals. The more invoices and collections there are, the more quietly slips through.

Turning over roughly £10m+ a year

The size where recovering even one or two percent comfortably clears the subscription, so the numbers work without a hard sell.

A finance function that bills at scale

A controller or finance team running billing and collections day to day, not an owner invoicing on the side.

UK-based, on any accounting stack

Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe and GoCardless connect directly. Enterprise systems like Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Sage, Workday and Infor run from a CSV export, and detection reads the data whatever the system.

Detection reads any billing and accounting data, so the sector matters less than the billing volume. We work with UK-based businesses today.

Security & data handling

The question your client asks first. Read-only throughout, encrypted, stored in the EU, and covered by a DPA, not just an NDA.

Referral fees

What you earn on every client

You earn 10% of everything a client pays in their first twelve months, plus 15% of what they pay in months thirteen to twenty-four, paid as the client pays. No caps, and it stacks with every client you introduce.

LeakIQ is one plan on three terms: £5,000 per workspace a month, £15,000 a quarter, or £54,000 a year paid annually. Here is what a single client on the annual plan is worth to you.

£13,500

That is for a single warm introduction that becomes a customer, and it stacks with every client you introduce.

You are paid every month your referred client uses the platform, with no cost to join and no clawback if they later leave. A short written partner agreement covers the detail, and we share it before you introduce anyone.

Built to protect your independence

Your independence is what your clients pay for, so the programme is built around it. The commission never changes what your client pays: the price is the same whether or not you introduced them, and we pay it, not them. You only ever make a warm introduction, you never sell or run the software. And it is meant to be disclosed, so we give you plain wording to do it well.

Disclosure wording you can use

“I partner with LeakIQ and receive a referral fee if you become a customer. It does not change your price, and my recommendation stands on the findings alone.”

Questions

Partner programme FAQs

How does the LeakIQ partner programme work?

You introduce a client, we run a free revenue-leakage report on their billing and accounting data, and you take the findings to them. If they become a LeakIQ customer, you earn commission.

Which clients should I introduce?

The best fit is an established UK business with real recurring or repeat billing, contracts, subscriptions, Direct Debits, renewals, typically turning over around £10m a year or more, with a finance function that bills and collects at scale. Detection reads any billing and accounting data, so the billing volume matters more than the sector.

Do I need to use the platform myself?

No. You make a warm introduction and bring your client the findings. You never log in or run anything, we produce the report and hand it to you.

Does my client need to log in or install anything?

No. The free report is delivered to them as a document, under NDA, with nothing to install and no login. The platform only comes in if they choose to recover what it found, during a pilot and beyond.

What happens after the report?

The report is the starting point, not the whole thing. If your client wants to recover what it found, a short pilot connects their billing and accounting systems to LeakIQ, still read-only, so it surfaces leakage continuously rather than just once. They recover it through the platform, approving each action, and come on board as a customer. You earn when they do.

Is LeakIQ a one-off report or an ongoing platform?

Both. The free report is a one-off, no-risk look that proves the value. As a customer, LeakIQ is an ongoing platform: it connects read-only to the systems your client already uses, like Xero, QuickBooks and Stripe, and continuously finds and helps recover leakage, with every recovery signed off by them.

What does a client pay?

LeakIQ is one plan on three terms: £5,000 per workspace a month, £15,000 a quarter, or £54,000 a year paid annually, which saves 10%. No success fee and no per-recovery charge. The leakage report that starts the conversation is free. Whether it pays for itself depends on what we find, which is exactly what the free report is for: your client sees the number before anyone signs anything.

What commission do partners earn?

You earn 10% of everything a client pays in their first twelve months, plus 15% of what they pay in months thirteen to twenty-four, paid as the client pays. Counted in months rather than renewals, so it works the same whether they are billed monthly, quarterly or annually. On the £54,000 annual plan that is £5,400 in the first year and £8,100 in the second, £13,500 in total.

How and when am I paid, and is there a partner agreement?

You are paid monthly, for each month your referred client is an active paying customer on the full Enterprise plan: 10% of their subscription through year one and 15% through year two on renewal. There is no clawback. If a client leaves after, say, four months, you keep everything you earned for those four months and simply stop earning after that, and their notice period is not counted. There is no cost to join, and we share the written agreement before you introduce anyone.

Is it safe for my client's data?

Yes, and it is usually a client's first question. LeakIQ is strictly read-only throughout: the free report works from a one-off export under NDA, and as a customer it connects read-only to the accounting and billing systems, never writing back. Data is encrypted (AES-256-GCM at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit), stored in the EU, and handled under UK GDPR with a Data Processing Agreement available; LeakIQ is ICO registered (ZC187738). Nothing is ever changed, moved or deleted, and money is never moved. The full detail is in our Trust Centre at leakiq.io/trust.

Who is the programme for?

Fractional CFOs, finance directors, consultants and accountants who look after more than one client finance function.

What does it cost to become a partner?

Nothing. There is no cost to join, and the leakage report for your clients is free.

Can I tell my clients I earn a commission?

Yes, and we would encourage it. The commission never changes what your client pays: the price is the same whether or not you introduced them, and it is paid by us, not added to their bill. We give partners simple disclosure wording so your recommendation stays clean, and referral arrangements like this are a normal, disclosable practice; follow your professional body's guidance on disclosing it.
