Platform capabilities

Everything LeakIQ does, in one place.

The complete list of what the platform detects and does, from the revenue-leak detectors at its core to the workflow, governance, security and reporting around them. Nothing is ever changed or written back: LeakIQ finds and tracks the money, your team recovers it.

Detect

The revenue leaks it finds

A fixed library of deterministic detectors, no machine learning and no black box, run over the records LeakIQ ingests, grouped by the kind of money each one recovers. Two amounts are estimates because they depend on a contract LeakIQ cannot see; possible duplicates are always flagged for a human to confirm.

Money you are owed but haven't collected

Overdue invoices

Invoices past their due date and still unpaid, surfaced with the real amount and how many days overdue. It also catches an open, unpaid invoice with no due date recorded once it is old enough to be past any normal payment term. On a UK invoice it also shows the statutory late-payment interest and fixed compensation you are entitled to add under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.

Part-paid invoices

Invoices partly paid where the remaining balance is overdue and was never chased. The customer has already engaged, so the shortfall is highly collectable.

Failed payments

Card payments that failed or were declined, unless a later successful payment already recovered them.

Failed direct debits

Direct debit collections that failed and were never retried.

At-risk renewals and silent churn

A regular billing cadence that has gone quiet, where the next invoice is overdue to appear. Often the single largest recoverable leak.

Money that left when it shouldn't have

Disputed payments and chargebacks

confirm first

Payments contested or clawed back, flagged as time-sensitive because a dispute lost by default costs the amount plus a fee.

Duplicate charges

confirm first

The same customer charged the same amount twice in a short window, both succeeded. Surfaced as a possible duplicate to confirm before refunding.

Duplicate invoices

confirm first

The same customer invoiced the same amount twice in a short window, or the same document number reused across separate invoices for different amounts. Surfaced as a possible duplicate to confirm before crediting.

Duplicate credit notes

confirm first

The same customer credited the same amount twice in a short window, a returns or SLA-penalty credit raised twice that quietly reduces revenue. Surfaced as a possible duplicate to confirm before it stands.

Money left on the table

Prices that never moved

estimate

A recurring price billed unchanged across contract anniversaries, where an agreed uplift may never have reached the invoice. The shortfall is an estimate, LeakIQ cannot see the contract.

Discount creep

estimate

A recurring price that quietly stepped down and never recovered. The give-away is shown as an estimate from the billing history.

Stalled deals

A CRM opportunity past its expected close date and still open, so the forecast no longer reflects reality.

Invoices drafted but never sent

An invoice left sitting in a draft or unsent status long past the date it was raised, with nothing collected against it. The work may well be done, but the customer was never asked for the money, so none of it can be collected until it is issued.

Money sitting unreconciled

Unapplied cash and overpayments

A customer who has paid more than they were invoiced, with cash sitting on account rather than reconciled.

Unused credit notes

A customer holding a credit balance while their own invoices sit open and unpaid, ready to be applied. Where the credit is larger than anything it can be set against, the surplus is flagged as refund-due.

Connect

The systems it reads, and never writes to

LeakIQ only ever reads your systems, and never writes back or moves money. Five connectors are live today, and any other finance, billing or CRM system can be read through a CSV or JSON export, the detection is identical whichever way the data arrives.

StripeStripe

Invoices and payment intents, including failed collections. Connected through the Stripe App.

XeroXero

Invoices and payments, via OAuth with automatic token refresh.

QuickBooksQuickBooks Online

Invoices and payments, via OAuth with automatic token refresh.

GoCardlessGoCardless

Mandates, payments and payment failures, via an API access token that can only read, never write.

SalesforceSalesforce

Open opportunities, with amount, stage and close date, via OAuth with automatic token refresh.

CSV / JSON import

Export invoices, payments or subscriptions from any other system, including Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Sage, Workday and Infor, and LeakIQ runs the same detectors on it. Need a direct connection instead? We can build a native connector to your system on request.

Recover

A controlled workflow from finding to fixed

Every finding becomes a tracked recovery item with an owner and a deadline, not a line in a report. LeakIQ surfaces and routes the work, your team takes the action in your own systems.

Recovery queues

Findings become prioritised queue items, ranked by exposure so the largest, most collectable gaps are worked first, each with a plain deterministic reason for why it is prioritised, and open findings shown in aging bands.

Ownership and assignment

Each item gets a named owner and a deadline, with workload-balanced auto-assignment across operators.

SLA tracking

Overdue and at-risk recoveries are tracked in real time so nothing drifts past the recovery window.

Approval thresholds

High-value recoveries require sign-off before they proceed. Thresholds default to £10,000 (management) and £50,000 (senior) and are configurable per workspace.

Escalation

An item that breaches or approaches its SLA is escalated by email to the workspace admins.

Auto-resolve

When the underlying record stops being a leak, for example an invoice is paid, the issue resolves itself on the next sync.

Govern

Controls a finance function can stand behind

Recovery touches money, so every decision is permissioned, gated and logged. Segregation of duties is enforced by the platform, not left to process.

Role-based access control

Account-level Owner and a delegatable Integrations grant govern billing, users and connectors; workspace-level Admin, Operator and Viewer roles govern day-to-day recovery. Enforced server-side.

Approval governance

Over-threshold recoveries cannot execute without a recorded approval, and no one can approve their own. Enforced on both routes: in the app against the signed-in user, and on an emailed approval link against the address it was sent to, checked again when the decision is recorded rather than only when the link is issued. An emailed link proves possession of the link rather than the identity of whoever opened it, and the approval record says so instead of implying otherwise.

Tamper-evident audit trail

Every action taken in a workspace is written to an append-only log with a hash-chain integrity model, so a deleted, reordered or altered entry is detectable.

Hash-chained audit trail

Workflow transitions, escalations, billing, role and MFA changes are written to the append-only audit log, each entry chained to the one before, so a deleted, reordered or altered entry is detectable. The chain covers who did what, to what and when; the descriptive detail attached to an entry sits outside it.

Source-backed evidence

Every finding links to the exact record it came from, so finance can open it and verify each figure independently.

Secure

Built to pass your IT and InfoSec review

Connecting a tool to your finance systems is a security decision first. LeakIQ is designed to clear that review quickly.

Read-only by design

LeakIQ never writes back to your systems and never moves money. Every recovery action is taken by your team in their own systems.

AES-256-GCM encryption

Connector credentials are encrypted before storage with the key held separately, and never logged or returned in API responses.

Multi-factor authentication

TOTP-based MFA compatible with any standard authenticator app, with single-use backup codes.

Enterprise SSO

Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID sign-in, with SAML 2.0 on the roadmap.

Workspace isolation

Every query is scoped to a workspace, and membership is verified server-side before a workspace resolves. Enforced in application code and by review, not by a database-level rule.

EU data residency

Data is processed and stored in the EU. LeakIQ acts as a data processor and a signed DPA is available.

Prove

Reporting and evidence, ready to forward

Everything LeakIQ finds is quantified against the source record, so the numbers hold up in a review.

Free revenue leakage report

A report of exactly what is leaking in your own data, before any commitment.

Weekly briefing email

A digest of what needs attention, with a one-click path to review and action each item.

Monthly reconciliation summary

A prior-month summary of issues detected, resolved, open and total exposure, emailed to workspace admins.

Report builder

Build a report from the sections, period and filters you choose, preview it live, then export to CSV or print to PDF. Includes a one-page board summary: a deterministic RAG status with the highlights, lowlights and decisions needed, drawn from the issue set.

Confidence scoring

Each finding carries a deterministic confidence score set by how directly the signal is observed: a bare fact read from the ledger scores highest, a matched or derived finding lower, and a forward-looking estimate lower still, with severity nudging it a little either way. It never claims certainty we cannot defend, and every finding links back to its source record.

Exportable audit trail

Admins can export the audit log as CSV at any time for finance or compliance review, including each entry's hash and the hash before it, so the chain can be verified independently. Very large exports are capped and say so on the file; ask us for a complete extract.

Data-currency stamp

Operational views carry an as-of timestamp and turn amber to warn when the figures may be out of date, so nobody acts on a stale number.

Notify

Automation and collaboration that keeps work moving

Scheduled jobs surface work at the right moment, and the team works each item together in one place.

First-detection alert

The first sync that surfaces a revenue issue triggers a summary email to the workspace admin.

Reminders and dunning

Approval reminders, payment-failure dunning and connector-health alerts run on a schedule so nothing is forgotten.

In-app notifications

A single header indicator surfaces what needs your attention across the workspace.

Comments and mentions

Discuss an issue in context and pull in a colleague with an @mention.

Activity timeline

Every issue carries a full timeline of what happened, when and by whom.

Operate

One account, one flat fee

Run one workspace or many under a single company account, with billing you can predict.

Multiple workspaces

Separate workspaces for different entities, brands or regions, each isolated, all under one company account.

Per-workspace roles

A single login carries all of a user's memberships, with an independent role in each workspace.

Consolidated billing

One consolidated subscription across every workspace on the account.

No success fee

£5,000 per workspace per month, flat. LeakIQ never takes a cut of what you recover, so the incentive is to show you the truth.
